If you are interested in phone banking and/or text banking with the MI Interfaith GOTV Action Group (Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays), contact MUUSJN’s Interfaith GOTV Campaign Manager, Sharon Pedersen. She will contact you and get you the information about training.
First, check to see if you’re registered at www.michigan.gov/vote. If you aren’t, you can register online at this same website. If you are, make sure your address is accurate. You can also check to see if an absentee ballot will be automatically sent to you if you indicated both elections on your original request as well as if you are now on the permanent list to receive absentee ballot applications for future elections. Next week, more information coming. If you have any questions, contact David Wagstaff or Norma Bailey.

The League of Women Voters is going to provide information about voting to the people who use the services of the Strickler Center (Infant Pantry, Care Store, and Food Pantry) at 1114 W. High Street. Every other Wednesday and Saturday through October, families in cars drive through slowly to get products they need to survive. The League will also have a table to pass out voting information, and this is where we need volunteers – two people per session. Click this sign-up sheet link - then type in your name and contact information. Further information will be provided once we have the volunteer list. If you have questions, feel free to contact Norma Bailey. Please join us in this effort.
